Chinese red tea. Pu-Er or Pu-Er are teas whose leaves are moistened again after the fermentation process is complete, allowing for a new fermentation phase; they are called post-fermented teas. After production, these teas are stored for one or more years in cool cellars or buried in the ground. Our quality is the most popular and best-selling in the world. The dark to light brown leaves develop a strong , spicy , earthy flavor. and, depending on the growing season, a woody aroma . The infusion has a dark red color.
