Our Colombia Supremo is cultivated and harvested in the Huila region, where it can grow freely on isolated, shaded plantations, far from any external influences. "Ceiba" is the name of a tree that grows in the Huila region, a member of the woolly plant subfamily (Bombacoideae). These trees with large, palm-like leaves provide the necessary shade for the coffee trees.
