How to prepare a good tea
Water temperature and infusion times. One teaspoon per cup and 4-5 teaspoons per liter.
White Tea Between 70º and 90º // Max 3 min.
Green Tea Between 70º and 90º // Max 3 min.
Black Tea Between 85º and 90º // Max 1–3 min (stimulating) 3–5 min (relaxing).
Rooibos Less than 90º // 5–8 min.
Infusions Less than 90º // 5–10 min.
