China Gunpowder Green Tea

Low-caffeine green tea specially formulated for Moroccan tea. The more affordable Gunpowder tea is one of the most popular teas in China; however, this organic variety is largely exported, as global demand far exceeds domestic demand. Gunpowder's typical shape is created by steeping the leaves several times during the short roasting period, which slows the drying process and results in a curling of the leaves. Of course, this organic version can also be steeped several times to soften the bitter taste .
